Register and download
This guide covers ps-leaderboard installation on Windows — a PractiScore complement for live scoreboards and match management: extract to C:\ps-leaderboard, license activation, service setup, pairing tablets on the same network and access to the real-time admin panel.
A complement for those who already run matches with PractiScore: scoring and match management stay in the app. ps-leaderboard adds live scoreboards, TV kiosk mode, broadcast overlays (OBS/Prism), a web admin panel and WinMSS export — without replacing PractiScore.
Before installing: create your free account at My account (/my-account) and download ps-leaderboard.zip from login.scoring.services (use your signup credentials).
System requirements
- Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 (required)
- RAM: 4 GB minimum (8 GB recommended)
- Disk: 500 MB free
- Internet for initial activation and updates
Network requirements
- Computer and PractiScore 1.7.x or 2.0.x tablets on the same local network
- Same network ensures tablet detection and communication
- Firewall must not block service ports (e.g. 5001)
1. Download and extraction

Download ps-leaderboard.zip
After signup, download ps-leaderboard.zip from login.scoring.services. Save to an easy folder such as Downloads.

Extract to C:\
Right-click ps-leaderboard.zip → Extract All… → destination C:\. This creates C:\ps-leaderboard with ps_service_manager.exe.
2. Initial setup
2.1 Get license credentials

Open login.scoring.services
Sign in and click Profile in the top menu.

Copy License, Token and User ID
In the profile section, copy all three values and paste into the license screen in ps_service_manager.exe. Store them safely.

Open devices interface
Open http://<IP>:5001/devices (replace <IP> with your computer IP, e.g. 192.168.1.100) or click Access in the service UI.

Scan and add tablets
Click Start Scan, select PractiScore tablets on the network and confirm with Add/Connect. Restart the service after adding.

Verify data collection
With PractiScore open on the tablet, data appears in the panel within seconds.
